ReporterRadio System: The ReporterRadio is a state-of-the-art digital radio system built to meet the requirements of a new generation digital audio broadcast systems (DAB). The unique digital space diversity reception ensures excellent coverage and range from within buildings, lifts, tunnels or other enclosed areas. The programme channel is based on ISO/MPEG 1 and 2 Layer II audio coding with digital modulation of the RF-signal. The resulting sound quality is 20kHz mono, 15kHz joint stereo or dual mono each channel 11kHz. As there is no multi-path fading noise the ReporterRadio out-performs all existing analogue systems! A complete system consists of a portable transmitter with built-in analogue FM talk-back receiver and a rack or desktop mounted space diversity receiver.
