FTP Server Side
The FTP side is not accesible by the user directly. The ReporterMate connects to the internet by dialing into your favorite ISP over PSTN, ISDN or even GSM. It then connects to the FTP server and starts uploading the audio selected by the reporter.
WWW Server Side
This is what the WWW server shows your browser, when clicking on the 
you will see more info on the file. When clicking on the filename, you will be hearing the uploaded audiofile. When using this application over a LAN, data tranmission rates will be much higher as over internet, and load times will be reduced to some seconds. Whenever a reporter has uploaded a fragment it will be shown at the top of the list.
